Good evening ladies and gentleman, we are in for another epic night of fights on Saturday, July 30. UFC 277 will be taking place in Dallas, Texas at the American Airlines Center. This fight card is pretty solid from top to bottom. The main card features two title fights as newly crowned champ Julianna "The Venezuelan Vixen" Pena (12-4) defends her Bantamweight Championship in an epic rematch against former champ "The Lioness" Amanda Nunes (21-5) and Brandon "The Assassin Baby" Moreno (19-6) will be fighting against City Kickboxing's own, Kai Kara-France (24-9) in a rematch for the Interim Flyweight Championship. This fight card could actually be labeled "The Night of Rematches", but before we witness this fire fight card on Saturday July 30, I wanted to share my thoughts and predictions on both of these fights.

Julianna Pena vs Amanda Nunes

The roof will be blown off the American Airlines Arena Saturday night, when Julianna Pena and Amanda Nunes meets for the second time. Both women despises one another, both women want to prove that they're the best in the world. I believe we are in for a treat! We all remember how the first fight went at UFC 269, when Julianna Pena shocked the world and submitted Amanda Nunes, who many people consider as the GWOAT in MMA. Julianna outboxed Nunes in incredible fashion, then submitted her by rear-naked choke, dethroning the #1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world at that time. Both women that got the chance o be coaches on "The Ultimate Fighter", where they coached a team of fighters to be given the chance of a UFC contract at the end of the show. During the show, both women had numerous confrontations with one another and couldn't be more ready to fight. The narrative going into this fight is quite simple. Amanda Nunes is looking to reclaim her belt and reclaim her position as the best female fighter in the world, while Julianna is trying to prove that her winning the belt from Amanda wasn't a fluke. Just like every other fight, this all comes down to whichever fighter is able to implement their gameplans. Julianna's gameplan is to typically get the fight to the ground to either ground-and-pound or submit her opponent, but she chose to stand with Amanda in their first fight. Julianna besting Nunes in the standup department shocked the world because Amanda has knockouts over some of the greatest women to ever grace the sport. Many people weren't giving her a shot to win at all, but she proved them all wrong. Amanda on the other hand, has cemented her legacy within the sport and has defeated the best to ever do it. Many people can make a case that Amanda losing was a fluke, due to her being dominant for so long. We've all seen it happen on multiple occasions, the dominant champion who looks past all of their opponents due to being dominant for so long. Amanda can either regain her belt and continue to make history or she could suffer a similar fate to when Mike Tyson lost to Buster Douglas and was never the same fighter again. Who will win? We shall find out Saturday night!

Prediction: Amanda Nunes via 3rd-Round Knockout

Brandon Moreno vs Kai Kara-France

Make no mistake about it, both Moreno and Kara-France are coming in that cage Saturday night to obtain that belt. Yes, it's the interim belt and it's not the undisputed belt, but it's the best case scenario while the champion, Deiveson Figueiredo is out for the time being. Brandon Moreno is a former Flyweight Champion who already owns a victory over his opponent. Many people in the MMA community actually believe that Moreno should be champion right now, after his close back and forth fight with Figueiredo back in January at UFC 270. Kai Kara-France has built an impressive win streak thus far and trains with the elite of the elite. Kara-France is a teammate of Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya and Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski, City Kickboxing is looking to add more gold to their gym, whether it's undisputed or not. Both men possess the ability to knock each other out and both men have shown tremendous heart to overcome adversity. This will be a fun fight and both men will definitely be leaving it all on the line, in order to obtain that championship. Both fighters are looking to throw down and take their opponents head off. I think very few takedown are going to be attempted, if any at all. Both fighters will be looking to implement their gameplans, which is sure to be guaranteed fireworks. I believe we are in for a treat and this fight won't make it to the judges. May the best man win, we shall find out who will remain victorious Saturday night!

Prediction: Brandon Moreno via 4th-Round Submission
